BODY FAT TESTING & FITNESS ASSESSMENT!

HEY GUYS! HERE ARE THE DETAILS FOR THE

HYDROSTATIC WEIGHING/BODY FAT% TESTING
  • remember you will need to bring a swimsuit or thin shorts and a tank to wear in the water tank.

  • they will be measuring your body fat % by lowering you into a tank of water and then having you hold your breath for a couple seconds and then bringing you back up. it is a quick and easy procedure.

  • i will be joining you and testing my own body fat % as well. if you have any questions about anything please give me a call ASAP.

  • we are meeting in front of the cage (by the locker rooms in the HPER) at 345pm sharp! please arrive a few minutes early. we will be heading from the cage to the wellness center right away.


  • this will be an awesome experience and a great way to set your fitness goals and benchmarks for the new year! i look forward to seeing you there!

630PM- Hip Hop Hustle @ USU (HPER #215)
Tuesday & Thursday: 530PM- PIYO @ USU (HPER #215)
630PM- Turbokick @ USU (HPER #215)
Wednesday: 830PM- Turbo MIX @ Logan Rec. (Aerobics Rm.)
Every 2nd & 4th Saturday: 8AM- TK/HHH @ Logan Rec. (Aerobics Rm.)

Class abbreviations:
HHH=Hip Hop Hustle: Cardio Dance (Pre-designed Hip Hop dance class. Anyone can do it
TK=Turbokick: Cardio Kickboxing (Kickboxing with a Dance Party Twist)
PIYO: Athletic Fusion of Pilates & Yoga (Mind/Body class; come get strong, stretched & centered.)
Extreme Sculpt: Resistance training (Burn Fat & Build Lean Muscles)
Come check them out! It will be the workout of a lifetime :-)

New Year! New You!

Hey guys! I hope you are all doing well so far in this marvelous 2009 year :-). Take time to make a list of goals for 2009 and put them somewhere you can see them EVERYDAY!! Every year we make it a point to achieve goals but only end up reaching 1/10. Make this year your "PERFECT 10" and hold yourself accountable. Accountability is the part that holds us all back especially when it's YOU your holding accountable! No one wants to admit their wrong or confess they didn't do what they said they were gonna do. Face it! We all are wrong sometimes! Don't beat yourself up about it. Get back on the Party Train and GO! We fall down but we MUST get back up again :-) I encourage you all to list 10 things you'd like to accomplish this year and DO IT! Love you all! Can't wait to hear from you!
