630PM- Hip Hop Hustle @ USU (HPER #215)
Tuesday & Thursday: 530PM- PIYO @ USU (HPER #215)
630PM- Turbokick @ USU (HPER #215)
Wednesday: 830PM- Turbo MIX @ Logan Rec. (Aerobics Rm.)
Every 2nd & 4th Saturday: 8AM- TK/HHH @ Logan Rec. (Aerobics Rm.)

Class abbreviations:
HHH=Hip Hop Hustle: Cardio Dance (Pre-designed Hip Hop dance class. Anyone can do it
TK=Turbokick: Cardio Kickboxing (Kickboxing with a Dance Party Twist)
PIYO: Athletic Fusion of Pilates & Yoga (Mind/Body class; come get strong, stretched & centered.)
Extreme Sculpt: Resistance training (Burn Fat & Build Lean Muscles)
